1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Image25 collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, or use the Image25 GPT Image 2.5 Generator and related AI creation tools (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy does not govern websites or services operated by third parties. Their own privacy policies apply when you leave Image25 or interact directly with a third-party service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and authentication information, including your name, email address, profile image, login provider, account identifiers, session information, and email verification records.
- AI creation content, including prompts, uploaded source images or videos, generation settings, model parameters, task status, generated image or video URLs, and creation history.
- Billing and credit information, including your selected plan, credit balance and usage, purchase and subscription identifiers, payment status, currency, and transaction metadata. Stripe or PayPal processes payment credentials; Image25 does not intentionally store complete card numbers.
- Device and usage information, including IP address, user agent, browser, operating system, language, device type, screen resolution, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referrer, and diagnostic logs.
- Marketing and attribution information, such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the link you use to reach Image25.
- Communications and support information that you choose to provide when asking a question, reporting a problem, or otherwise contacting us.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide the Service, authenticate users, process prompts and uploaded assets, deliver generated results, and maintain creation history.
- Administer plans, subscriptions, purchases, credits, refunds, and account entitlements.
- Send verification, sign-in, transactional, security, and support communications.
- Operate, debug, secure, and improve Image25, including monitoring performance and understanding how features are used.
- Prevent fraud, duplicate promotional claims, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of these Terms or applicable law.
- Measure marketing performance and attribute visits or purchases when analytics or advertising tools are enabled.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Image25, and others.
4. AI Processing and Generated Content
To produce a result, Image25 transmits your prompt, relevant generation settings, and any uploaded source asset to an AI processing provider. The provider returns task information and generated output, which Image25 may copy to its own cloud storage so that you can view, download, and manage it.
Do not include confidential information or personal data that you do not have the right to use in a prompt or upload. AI inputs and outputs may also be processed for security, abuse prevention, technical support, and service reliability.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Image25 uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Service, save attribution information, and understand site usage. Depending on configuration and your interaction with the Service, these technologies may be used by authentication, analytics, and advertising providers.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other parts of the Service from working. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, complete a transaction, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests.
- AI generation providers that process prompts, source assets, settings, and generation tasks.
- Cloud hosting, database, file storage, content delivery, and security providers.
- Authentication and communication providers, including Google for optional sign-in and email delivery providers for account messages.
- Payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal, for checkout, subscription management, fraud prevention, refunds, and payment records.
- Analytics and advertising providers, which may include Plausible, PostHog, and Google Ads when configured.
- Authorities, advisers, or other parties when disclosure is required by law, needed to enforce our agreements, or necessary to protect rights and safety.
- A successor or participant in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, we process personal data as necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or based on your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing that was already lawful.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account and creation history, complete transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
You can remove items from your creation history and can request account deletion through the account settings available in the Service. Deletion may not immediately remove information from backups or third-party systems, and we may retain transaction, security, or legal records when required or permitted by law. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of certain personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to a local data protection authority. These rights may be limited by applicable law.
You can update certain account details, manage billing through the available billing portal, delete your account in account settings, and control cookies through your browser. To make another privacy request, use the contact options made available on the Image25 Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. International Data Transfers
Image25 and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Policy.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children who are not old enough to consent to online services under applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid permission, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, our providers, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide an additional notice when required.
Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy can be submitted through the contact options published on the Image25 Contact page.
