1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Image25 website, accounts, GPT Image 2.5 Generator, AI image and video tools, creation history, credits, subscriptions, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are not old enough to consent to online services where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law. We may limit promotional credits or registrations associated with duplicate or abusive account activity.

3. The AI Generation Service

Image25 lets you submit prompts, optional source assets, and generation settings to third-party AI processing providers and receive generated images, videos, or other results. Available models, features, processing times, credit costs, output formats, and limits may change.

AI systems are probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to content created for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. Image25 does not guarantee that a result is unique, error-free, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright, trademark, or other legal protection. You must review each result before publishing or relying on it.

4. Your Content and Permissions

As between you and Image25, you retain any rights you already hold in prompts and assets you upload (“Input”). You are responsible for your Input and represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for Image25 and its providers to process it.

You grant Image25 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and otherwise process Input and generated results only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. This license lasts for as long as the content is stored or reasonably needed for those purposes.

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party provider terms that apply, Image25 does not claim ownership of your generated results. You are responsible for determining whether and how you may use a result, including whether permissions, disclosures, or licenses are required.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service or generated results in violation of applicable law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or use the Service to infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Do not generate, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, exploitative, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or non-consensual content, including sexual content involving minors or intimate imagery without consent.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent AI-generated material in a misleading way, or use outputs to defraud, harass, threaten, discriminate, or cause harm.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, credit or usage limits, authentication, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Do not interfere with the Service, distribute malware, scrape at disruptive scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or data.
• Do not resell access to the Service or transfer accounts or credits unless Image25 expressly permits it.

6. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some features require credits. The number of credits charged depends on the selected tool, model, settings, and generation type and is shown in the Service. Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use eligible Service features; they are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Prices, taxes, billing intervals, included credits, renewal terms, expiration rules, and plan limits are displayed at checkout or in the Service and form part of these Terms. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the available billing management tools; cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown by the payment provider and does not normally reverse charges already incurred.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Their terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or found to be fraudulent, Image25 may remove the related credits or benefits and suspend access while the matter is resolved. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law, the checkout terms presented at purchase, and the relevant payment provider process.

7. Image25 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, design, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by Image25 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback, you allow Image25 to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers for AI processing, authentication, hosting, storage, payments, email, analytics, and other functions. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may change or become unavailable. Image25 is not responsible for third-party products, websites, or actions outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, improve the Service, or manage operational constraints. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular model, permanent storage of generated results, or compatibility with every device or workflow.

Preview, beta, or experimental features may be less reliable and may change or end without notice. Keep independent copies of any result you need to retain.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through account settings. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay amounts due, abused promotions or credits, or when suspension is needed to protect the Service or others.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all generated results are provided “as is” and “as available.” Image25 disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Generated results are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and using appropriate human review.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image25 and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or generated content arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image25’s total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Image25 for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or risk. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

14. General Terms and Contact

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Image25 may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Service.
